Terms of Service

1. Every slot might take about 2-3 weeks to finish and might took more depending on the difficulty and the number of the characters, please let me know in advance if you need the commission to be done before a certain date
2. Revision is LIMITED to 3 times, more than the stated amount will charge more
3. I only accept payments with Paypal for USD and BCA/Jenius for IDR
4. Please provide clear references of the characters, the more reference gave the better
5. Except for Live2d Commission, i prefer the pose & expression/concept to be provided first so i’ll able to work faster
6. I might refuse a commission if i’m not comfortable/feel like i might not be able to do it
7. Unless specifically requested otherwise. i’m free to use and upload the commission as my portfolio on my galleries such as Facebook and Twitter (i will put a watermark on it!)
8. You may use the commission result without crediting me, but i would really appreciate it if you do!
9. STRICTLY, do not claim our artwork as yours.
10. No cancel after the sketch is done and no refunds unless when i’m not able to finish the commission because of a certain condition.
11. For the final result, you will receive one with the requested background and one with transparent background .png file. You are allowed to add background to your liking with the transparent one.
12. By sending me a request form, i assume you have read and agreed to my terms and conditions stated above

How to Order

1. Contact me via Twitter/Facebook/Email, you can greet me and send me questions about the commission first
2. Fill in the Commission Form and send it via my contact
3. I'll decide whether i could accept the commission or not
4. Send down/full payment to reserve a slot.
5. I will do the rough sketch
6. After the rough sketch is done, I will send it to you, and discuss if there are any revisions.
7. If you’re already okay with the sketch, proceed with completing the remaining payment (if you only sent down payment before) and I’ll continue finishing the artwork
8. I’ll confirm for revision again after the lineart and flat color is done then continue to finish when you're already okay with the progress.
9. After we finish the artwork, I will show the results for final revision and send the files in email if there are no more changes.
Additional notes : We only accept changes for the colours or missing small details in step 8 & 9

✾ If you do not have any fixed design. You can refer to my character design service, the price starts from $100 each character and 70$ for outfit only
Commission with mostly descriptions will also have to refer to this service
✾ I do not rig the model. But the illustration is ready to be rigged
